Left-handed people have the language centre slightly moved to the right side. Being left-handed doesn't mean that you use the right hemisphere more than the left one.

Thanks for the video. Though we can see a malleable brain and a brain that has activity through out. This sort of diagram shows the default set-up then we tend to mold and change from there. This diagram is also pretty black and white and is also filled with silly things like "Right loves rock music" but none the less there are specific areas found all throughout the brain dedicated to certain functions unless damaged. Though certain areas of speech are using logic and linguistics centers it also need imagination and lots of things from the right side. So yes we are not separate but the base of our actions and the default setup is that we have profound areas of action for certain categories in certain hemispheres.

After reading both sides I know I'm both and it is no harm to be both. First left I am a volenteer mountain rescue SLMRT.Second Left. When I organzie I want the best and 100% effectiveness from effort and training, it has got to be that it has to be right like training in SLMRT it has to be done right with lots and lots of practise. 3, rd, L. I never argue only when I am right. 4th L. I know factual assignments would be more up my street, I would feel I have learned some thing. 5th, L. I work well on my own and never doss, lazy people with a deploma suck! 5th, L I like free thinkers as long as they don't think they know more about myths than every one elce. The right first one. I got to finish what I do when I put my mind to doing some thing I put every effort into it. 2nd, R I am very creative and use lots of colourfull words there always on a positive note. 3rd, R I feel I'm always on track why because I know what I want and I'm always looking for it. 4th, R lol when jehovahs came to my home and were preaching I asked them did they ever read the book of Kells they said no I read the book but had to put it down a quick read and way to many questions in it way to many. Thank god they have not come back I would have told them only parts some parts were readable the rest done my head. 5th, R If I am doing a project and I don't know some thing I find out asap. 6th, R I don't mind listening to some one as long as they don't bore the shit out of me but then again I do what I want to do and I do it because I want to. and yes you who took the time to read this your going to have an awsome new year.

I am also left and right sided, to name just a few- I was a Senior school Maths and Biology teacher and loves solving problem- and like designing things and am a artist!
