how often are the machines cleaned? Please don't tell me they are like chicken nuggets and need to be bleached to kill all the countless bacteria they've gathered from going through those countless machines. Blech!

I'm not sure I see the issue in using every part of the animal, but it is mildly unsettling. At least in this form, the extras are palatable and not unprepared.
